Associate Professor Dr. Oscar Dousin is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and Health Policy from RMIT University, Australia. He has extensive experience as a government consultant, notably for the Human Capital Development Blueprint for Sabah (2021–2035) and the Sabah Mining Management Blueprint (2024–2029). His academic research focuses on contemporary HRM issues, employee and community well-being, medical management and health policy. His work is published in leading journals such as Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, Journal of Advanced Nursing, Nursing Open and International Journal of Geoheritage and Parks.
