Dynatalie Delicious is an academic and researcher at the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Culinary Arts Management from UiTM Shah Alam, a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) from Universiti Utara Malaysia, and a PhD in Hotel and Tourism Management. Her research interests center on food culinology, foodservice management, food safety and health, and food sustainability in Malaysia. Passionate about culinary innovation, she integrates scientific principles with creative practice to enhance the quality and sustainability of food systems. Beyond academia, she actively champions food education and sustainability awareness through community outreach and youth empowerment initiatives.

Dr. Dynatalie Delicious holds Doktor Falsafah (Pengurusan Hotel dan Pelancongan) from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Cawangan Shah Alam , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
