Doktor Mathew Kevin Bosi

Dr. Mathew Kevin Bosi is a Senior Accounting Lecturer at the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Accounting, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Accounting from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Victoria University, Australia.
With extensive industry experience, Dr. Mathew specialized in external and internal auditing at Ernst & Young and a government-linked company before transitioning to academia in 2011. He is a Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant (FCPA) and a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). His areas of expertise include auditing, internet financial reporting, sustainability reporting, specifically Environmental Social and Governance (ESG), and corporate governance, where he has also successfully published several research papers, contributing valuable insights to these fields.
