Dr Junaidah Zeno is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah. Her research is situated within the fields of consumer protection law, with particular emphasis on e-commerce, contract, and business law, complemented by a comparative orientation. Her work also engages with hospitality and employment law, while remaining open to interdisciplinary and emerging areas of legal scholarship. She obtained her PhD from the University of Bristol Law School, England, where her doctoral research critically examined unfair commercial practices in e-commerce and advanced reform-oriented proposals for Malaysian consumer protection law through comparative analysis with the law of England (and Wales) and European Union law. She also holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). Dr Zeno was admitted to the Sabah Bar in 2012 (non-practising; Roll No. 962).
