Dr. Abdul Rahman works at the Department of Public Health Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Malaysia Sabah (UMS). He completed his degree MBBCh (Cairo) in 2012, Masters in Public Health (UKM) in 2017 and DrPH (UKM) in 2020. He began as a House Officer in Hospital Tuanku Jaafar Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Then as a Medical officer in Hospital Tuaran, Sabah. He had experience working in the Seremban District Health Office, Tuaran Area Health Office and Sabah State Health Department. He began his career as an academician in 2016 by joining the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences UMS. His expertise is more towards health economics.

Professor Madya Dr. Abdul Rahman Bin Ramdzan holds Doktor Kesihatan Masyarakat from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
