Dr Izaan is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy, specialising in derivatives and stock market time series analysis.

Prior to joining Universiti Malaysia Sabah, he gained extensive industry experience with RHB Investment Bank Berhad and Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, where he managed assets close to MYR 1 billion, serving both retail and institutional investors.

Drawing on his strong professional background, Dr Izaan integrates practical industry insights into his teaching, research, supervision, and consultancy work.

Dr. Izaan Azyan Bin Abdul Jamil holds Doktor Falsafah (Ph.D) from Universiti Malaysia Sabah , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
