Lecturer, researcher, and unapologetic coffee enthusiast with a professional obsession for making the wind do useful things. I specialize in wind turbine design, renewable energy technologies, energy management, and the techno-economic analysis that decides whether an idea is brilliant or just expensive enthusiasm.,My work revolves around squeezing more value out of moving air so humans can spend less time sweating over inefficiencies. In the classroom and beyond, I,m known for being enthusiastically talkative and for turning even the driest technical material into something resembling story time. Yes, I can make torque curves sound fun.
