Dr. Syarifah Hanum Ali is a lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Sabah with academic expertise in management, human resource management, organizational behavior, and higher education studies. She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy (Management) from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, focusing on job design, leadership, psychological responses, organizational justice, and turnover intention among academic staff in Malaysian polytechnics. She also holds a Master of Business (Management), a Diploma in Education, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.). Prior to joining academia, she gained professional experience in credit management and administration in the private sector. With extensive teaching experience at both university and polytechnic levels, Dr. Syarifah Hanum Ali is actively involved in teaching, supervision, research, publication, and community engagement. Her research interests include human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, entrepreneurship, local wisdom, and higher education development.

Dr. Syarifah Hanum Binti Ali holds Ijazah Doktor Falsafah (Pengurusan) from Universiti Malaysia Sabah , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
