"With 11 years of dedicated clinical experience in nursing, specializing in midwifery and women's health, and joined the academic world in 2008, I bring a wealth of expertise to the field of healthcare, my clinical background encompasses a diverse range of nursing specialties, with a particular focus on midwifery and women's health nursing. I have played a pivotal role in coordinating and advancing midwifery programs, contributing to my comprehensive understanding of patient care and healthcare systems. As an academic lecturer for over a decade and a half, I have been deeply involved in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals through dynamic and engaging teaching methodologies. My commitment to advancing nursing education, especially in the field of midwifery, is underscored by my continuous pursuit of knowledge and academic excellence. I am passionate about bridging the gap between clinical practice and academia to contribute meaningfully to the evolving landscape of healthcare."
