I am a Senior Lecturer in Law at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). My research portfolio centres on consumer protection, comparative, e-commerce, contract, business, hospitality, and employment law, while remaining open to a broad spectrum of legal scholarship. I obtained my PhD from the University of Bristol Law School, England, where my doctoral work evaluated unfair commercial practices in e-commerce and advanced reform proposals for Malaysian consumer protection law, benchmarked against English (England and Wales) and European consumer law. I also hold a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and was called to the Sabah Bar in 2012 (non-practising; Roll No. 962).
Dr. Junaidah Zeno holds Doktor Falsafah (Ph.D) from Bristol University, Bristol, UK , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
