Dr Beatrice Lim is Associate Professor of Human Resource Economics at Universiti Malaysia Sabah. Her main research interests include labour economics, gender studies and socio-economic development. She teaches labour economics, gender and labour market, labour and productivity, digital workforce and applied human resource economics.

Professor Madya Dr. Lim Fui Yee Beatrice holds Doktor Falsafah from University of Wollonggong, Australia , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
