Summary

Najihah Hanisah binti Marmaya is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Accountancy at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Sabah. Previously, she works at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Melaka, Malaysia for 15 years. Her involvement in research is well-recognized by both, local and international communities. She has international recognition when become the Out-Bound staff of Universiti Airlangga Surabaya, Indonesia. She is also a Chartered Member of Chatered Institute of Logistic and Transport and also an Affiliate for Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom. She has research collaboration with the University Islam Sultan Shariff Ali Brunei Darussalam, Universiti AirIangga Surabaya, Universiti Surabaya, Northampton University United Kingdom, and also with the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Malaysia. Her central theme of research evolved around Behavioral Study in Management, Logistic, International Business and entrepreneurial study. She has received a total research grant amount of more than RM 400,000 besides has also been involved in several consultations with various companies in Malaysia. and Indonesia. Besides research, she also has more than ten (10) Teaching Innovation Awards including creative and innovative teaching via MOOC.

Professor Madya Dr. Najihah Hanisah Binti Marmaya holds Sarjana Pengurusan Perniagaan from Universiti Malaysia Sabah , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
