Kee. Y. Sabariah Kee Mohd Yussof , PhD, senior lecturer in Industrial Relations program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, University Malaysia Sabah (UMS). Research focus in the field of Management and Industrial Relations, specialize in trade unions and collective bargaining. In addition, she is active in research related to contemporary issues in the field of Social Sciences, namely studies related to online learning, the relationship between employment and digital poverty and issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently she teaches the topics of Collective Bargaining and Arbitration Strategies, Workplace Ethics ,Employee Democracy and Participation and gender at works.

Dr. Kee Y. Sabariah Binti Kee Mohd Yussof holds Ijazah Doktor Falsafah from Universiti Utara Malaysia , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
