Professor Madya Dr. Jeannet Stephen is a distinguished researcher at Pusat Penataran Ilmu Dan Bahasa, University Malaysia Sabah. Their research focuses on applied linguistics,, language policy, indigenous languages, language revitalization, Native Customary Schools, indigenous early childhood education .

Professor Madya Dr. Jeannet Stephen holds Ph.D in Language Teaching and Learning from Auckland University, New Zealand , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
