Mahadirin Bin Hj.Ahmad currently works as Senior Lecture at the Program Hubungan Industri (Industrial Relations Program), Fakulti Sains Sosial dan Kemanusiaan, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). Mahadirin does research in Trade Union Movement, Industrial Disputes, Industrial Conflict, Labor History, Sociological Of Work and Phenomenological. Beside that, he also well trained in blended learning and produce several book regarding technological in teaching and learning. He also working as a collaborative researcher in various field such as borders studies and environmental studies.
