Assoc. Prof. ChM. Ts. Dr. Zuhair Jamain completed his Ph.D. at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, and currently serves as a Associate Professor at Universiti Malaysia Sabah. Additionally, he hold the position of Faculty Industrial Training Coordinator at the Faculty of Science and Technology, UMS. His research expertise involves synthesizing and modifying organic compounds for various applications such as liquid crystals, fire retardants, dielectric materials, and biological activities. He has published many of his research work in reputable journals and presented many scientific papers in various national and international conferences. Moreover, he actively participates in various research projects as a principal investigator and collaborator. Furthermore, he acts as a consultant at Flamoff Industries Sdn. Bhd. contributing to the development of a forest fire extinguishing agent.

Prof. Madya ChM. Ts. Dr. Zuhair Jamain holds Doktor Falsafah from Universiti Sains Malaysia , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
