Began as a tutor in 2009 and appointed as a full-time lecturer in 2013, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Currently teaches Introduction to Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Introduction to Experimental Psychology, and Quantitative Research Methods. Areas of academic interest include organizational psychology, perceived organizational support, empathy in the workplace, and work-life balance.
