Dr. Noor Fzlinda Fabeil is a senior lecturer of Entrepreneurship Program at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). She graduated from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom with PhD in Business (Entrepreneurship). She possesses professional certificates awarded by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education, namely (i) Executive Certificate in Advanced Business and Entrepreneurship Management, (ii)Professional Certificate for Entrepreneurial Educators and (iii)Diploma in Digital Entrepreneurship. Presently, she is a Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD) certified trainer. Dr. Noor Fzlinda has also contributed to quality assurance in entrepreneurship education, having served as an External Assessor for the Entrepreneurship diploma and degree program at MAHSA College and UCSF. Her research pursuits are focused on entrepreneurship and vulnerable groups including women entrepreneurs, youth entrepreneurs, rural entrepreneurs. She has also involved in consulting and advising several agencies on special project related to entrepreneurial motivation, business plan, digital entrepreneurship, marketing and customer satisfaction analysis, such as with the Institut Koperasi Malaysia (IKMA), Persatuan Industri Kecil dan Sederhana Wanita Bumiputera Sabah (PKSNita), Persatuan Ibu Tunggal Sabah (PITSA), Malaysia Handicraft Corporation, Institute for Rural Advancement (INFRA), Sabah Electricity, and Department of Fisheries, Sabah. Throughout her career in UMS she has been invited as a keynote speaker in several international and national conferences and seminars like Women Entrepreneurship Seminar (Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia), Seminar Nasional SDM Unggul di Era Society 5.0 (STIE Tarakan and FMI), Postgraduate Seminar (School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung), Workshop on Batik Warna Alam (UNESCO & UMS), Seminar on Agropreneur (CIMB Foundation & UMS) and Borneo International Conference of Management, Accounting and Economy in Universitas Borneo Tarakan.

Dr. Noor Fzlinda Binti Fabeil holds PhD in Entrepreneurship from Edinburgh University, Scotland , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
