Sharifah Rahama Amirul is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Accountancy. She serves as a Deputy Director of the Co-curriculum and Student Development Centre at the Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). She graduated with a PhD (HRM and Government Policy) from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a BBA (hons) in Human Resource Management and a Master of Science in Research from UiTM Shah Alam. She specialises in strategic human resources, agile and flexible work design, government policy related to human capital, and leadership. Before joining UMS, she worked as a consultant in the labour market industry. She is passionate about developing a hybrid model that combines organisational management functions with other fields of study as well as poverty-related studies.
Dr. Sharifah Rahama Binti Amirul holds Doktor Falsafah from University OfQueensland, Australia , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
