Jasmine Adela Mutang is a lecturer in the Research Unit of Psychology and Social Health, Faculty of Psychology and Education, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) since 2009. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology at Universiti Malaysia Sabah. She has developed the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Group Intervention Module for Anxiety Symptoms. Among her published books/works are chapters in book "Psychology of Borneo Society: The Era of the COVID-19 Pandemic" (2022), "Threatening View of Illness, Psychological Distress, and Well-Being Among Malaysians during the COVID-19 Pandemic" (2021), "Organizational Psychology" (2020), "SPSS: Principles and Data Analysis in Behavioral Sciences" (2013), and the workbook "SPSS: Principles and Data Analysis in Behavioral Sciences" (2017). In 2021, she was appointed as a consultant for the Sabah Women's Development Master Plan, and in 2022, she became a researcher for the "Sabah Women's Well-Being Index (IKWS) 2022 Data Study," by the Sabah Women's Affairs Department. She is passionate about research related to psychological well-being and actively participates in several research grants in the field of psychological well-being.
