Dr. Safiul Alam Bhuiyan comes from Bangladesh and has over 15 years of practical experience in the field of poultry and livestock management, with a particular focus on poultry farming in Sabah, Malaysia. He obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the University of Chittagong in Bangladesh. Following that, he pursued a Master of Science in Biotechnology (Research) at the University Malaysia Sabah (UMS) between 2011 and 2015. Between 2017 and 2023, he successfully completed his Ph.D. in biotechnology research at UMS in Malaysia. Currently, he serves as a senior lecturer at the University Malaysia Sabah, specializing in livestock production. Dr. Bhuiyan's research interests encompass various aspects of poultry research, such as animal viruses, poultry biotechnology, DNA biosensors, and molecular biology.
Dr. Md Safiul Alam Bhuiyan holds Doktor Falsafah (Ph.D) from Universiti Malaysia Sabah and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
