Summary

Nazarina Jamil is a lecturer at Labuan Faculty of International Finance, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia. She completed her doctoral thesis from Waikato Management School, University of Waikato, New Zealand focusing on organizational studies and ethics and made the PoWR and the SDGs as the scope of study in her thesis. Her wider research interest and teaching include interfaith understanding and collaboration in business and leadership, Principles of Responsible Management Education, critical organizational studies, and ethics and morality in business. She is passionate about the potential of interfaith collaboration in management education and organizations through translating faith and spiritual values as well as indigenous wisdom into the practice of love and compassion and published journal articles and book chapters on the research area. Currently, she is a part of the team under the 'Program Basmi Miskin Tegar Keluarga Malaysia' under the Economic Planning Unit (EPU) Malaysia in collaboration with several higher education institutions called to eradicate extreme poverty in Malaysia.

Dr. Nazarina Binti Jamil holds Doktor Falsafah dalam Strategi and Pengurusan Sumber Manusia from Waikato University, New Zealand , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
