Roslinah Mahmud is a lecturer at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Economics from Universiti Malaysia Sabah and a Master of Economics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She has given lectures in Human Resources Economics, Gender and Labor Market, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Human Capital Management, Personnel Economics, and Health Economics. Her research interests are Human Capital, Knowledge Transfer, Human Resouces Economics and Gender Issues.
