Dr Ainaa Almardhiyah Abd Rashid is a dedicated dietitian, researcher, and lecturer in the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). She earned her PhD in Clinical Nutrition and completed a Master of Science at Universiti Sains Malaysia, where her research focused on breast cancer and high-molecular-weight (HMW) adiponectin. She previously obtained a Bachelor of Dietetics with Honours from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin. Her current research explores dietary patterns and colorectal cancer risk, and she leads a funded study on validating a Food Frequency Questionnaire for breast cancer in Sabah. Her expertise lies in clinical nutrition, nutrition epidemiology, obesity, and diet-related chronic diseases in the Malaysian context.
Dr. Ainaa Almardhiyah Binti Abd Rashid holds Doktor Falsafah (Ph.D) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (Kubang Kerian) , among other qualifications, and has established themselves as a respected expert in their field.
