I am a Senior Lecturer and expert in Visual Arts Technology at the Academy of Arts and Creative Technology, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, carrying over 10 years of expertise in Multimedia and New Media. I conduct research in the convergence of experience studies and human-centric design, emphasizing the intricate relationship between visual perception and emotional impact. This is evidenced by the successful acquisition of competitive research funding, publication in esteemed journals, and mentorship of graduate students who attain prominent academic and industry roles. Dedicated to pedagogical excellence and institutional service, with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), gamification tactics, and the creation of interactive technology for museum and cultural heritage environments.
