Dr. Wong Ling Chai is a Senior Lecturer and Head of Programme for International Marketing at Universiti Malaysia Sabah. His academic expertise covers marketing, digital marketing, consumer behaviour, sustainable consumption, technology adoption, digital skills, and graduate employability. He has extensive teaching, supervision, curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic leadership experience across undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
