Dr. Shaierah Gulabdin is a senior lecturer, actively engaged in teaching and research in business management, organizational behavior, HRM, technology adoption, and sustainable development, alongside contributing to faculty and community activities. One of her key achievements includes contributing to a project focused on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as one of the Impact Evaluators, aimed at driving sustainable, high-impact change. She is passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and creating lasting impact. Whether managing multidisciplinary teams, teaching, or driving sustainable improvements, she is committed to excellence and nurturing positive change.
