Ahmad Shakani Abdullah’s research interests include hospitality management, food tourism, Shariah-compliant hospitality, gastronomy innovation, consumer behavior, and entrepreneurship in the service industry. He is particularly passionate about exploring the intersections of culture, sustainability, and technology in hospitality and culinary entrepreneurship.
