Aims to remain at the forefront of educational technologies by continuously exploring and integrating innovative tools and methodologies that enhance teaching and learning experiences. My goal is to empower students with the skills and knowledge required for success in a rapidly evolving digital landscape while fostering a collaborative and engaging educational environment. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, I'll strive to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application, preparing students to excel in their professional journeys.

Dr. Noor Hassanah Husin is a Senior Lecturer at the Labuan Faculty of International Finance, Universiti Malaysia Sabah. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, a Master’s degree in Human Capital Management from UMS, and a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Dr. Noor Hassanah has been actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Her research interests include high- performance work systems, human resource, training and development, work engagement, and innovative behaviour. She has presented her research at both national and international platforms, including the Said Business School, University of Oxford, United Kingdom, and contributes as a reviewer for reputable academic journals.

In addition to her academic contributions, Dr. Noor Hassanah is committed to advancing educational excellence through the integration of innovative technologies and contemporary pedagogical approaches. She continuously explores and adopts emerging digital tools and methodologies to enhance teaching and learning experiences, fostering collaborative, engaging, and industry-relevant learning environments that prepare students for a rapidly evolving global landscape.

Her dedication to professional excellence has been recognised through numerous awards, including the Anugerah Gemilang Madani 2025 (Kategori Anugerah Profesional dalam Pendidikan), as well as the Excellent Service Award (UMS), Outstanding Service Award, and medals in national and international innovation competitions. The Anugerah Gemilang Madani recognises individuals for outstanding contributions and leadership across various professional fields, including education .

She is also actively involved in community engagement initiatives, notably leading entrepreneurship development programmes that support local communities and strengthen university-industry collaboration.
