Dr. Jaludin Janteng is a Senior Lecturer at the Labuan Faculty of International Finance, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, specializing in Business Management, Service Innovation, Financial Literacy, Digital Finance, and Community Empowerment. He holds a PhD in Operations Management (Service Innovation) from Universiti Sains Malaysia, supported by strong analytical foundations from his Master in Operations Management, Bachelor in Management Mathematics, and Diploma in Quantitative Sciences, all from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Dr. Jaludin is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer (45845) and an active practitioner in community-based social innovation and digital entrepreneurship. His expertise includes financial literacy, anti-money laundering (AML), and technology-driven service innovation, delivering practical, impactful training that integrates financial integrity, business strategy, and community development. He has served in multiple academic leadership roles, including Coordinator of Academic Quality Assurance (2021–2025), Internal Academic Quality Assessor for UMS, and Head of Education Bureau for Pertubuhan Etnik Murut Nabai Sabah (NABAAI). He is also the Advisor to the Financial Literacy Social Impact Project in Surakarta, Indonesia, and a speaker at the International Research Symposium (UNISRI, 2025). Dr. Jaludin leads several community innovation projects including Linangkit and beadwork entrepreneurship programs, and he is the Principal Investigator for research on cryptocurrency adoption in Malaysia. His contributions to teaching, research, and community empowerment earned him the Anugerah Khidmat Terpuji (UMS, 2023).
