A dedicated Psychology educator with over 15 years of teaching experience in higher education. Began as a tutor in 2009 and appointed as a full-time lecturer in 2013, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Currently teaches Introduction to Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Introduction to Experimental Psychology, and Quantitative Research Methods. Areas of academic interest include organizational psychology, perceived organizational support, empathy in the workplace, and work-life balance. Passionate about fostering student engagement and promoting research-driven insights into employee wellbeing and organizational effectiveness.
