Dr Imran Mehboob Shaikh's research interests lie at the intersection of financial technology, digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. His work emphasizes the application of advanced analytical techniques to address contemporary challenges in finance, education, and social development. His primary research interests include: Financial Technology (FinTech) and Digital Finance Finance and Social Finance Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications in Finance and Higher Education Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics Digital Banking and Financial Inclusion Blockchain Technology and Digital Payment Systems Technology Adoption and Diffusion of Innovation Sustainable Finance and ESG Educational Technology and AI-Enhanced Learning Quantitative Research Methods and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Bibliometric Analysis and Research Analytics Data Science, R Programming, and Statistical Computing Business Analytics and Decision Support Systems Consumer Behaviour and Technology Acceptance Innovation Management and Digital Transformation His current research particularly focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, bibliometric methods, and advanced statistical techniques to advance knowledge in FinTech, digital banking, Islamic finance, and technology-enabled education. He is also actively engaged in interdisciplinary research that integrates finance, information systems, and educational technologies to support sustainable development and evidence-based policymaking.
