Dr. Noor Hassline Binti Mohamed

Dr Noor Hassline Mohamed is a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, a Registered Clinical Psychologist (MAHPC CP-00082), a Registered Counsellor (KB10211; PA09815), and an Honorary Consultant Clinical Psychologist specialising in Autism, Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Mental Health. She has extensive national and international experience in clinical practice, psychological assessment, psychotherapy, professional training and interdisciplinary consultancy. Dr Hassline leads an international research and publication network involving collaborators from the United Kingdom and the United States and German. She has served as an editor of internationally published books, delivered invited lectures and professional training in psychological skills, autism and mental health, and chaired the 2019 International Conference on Psychology, Counselling and Education in collaboration with Psychreg, United Kingdom. Her academic and professional leadership includes serving as Dean of International University Malaya-Wales, collaborating with the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, acting as an external examiner for Bachelor of Psychology programmes at Asia Pacific University, and serving on Boards of Studies for psychology programmes. She has also contributed to national autism policy development through the Majlis Profesor Negara, including international seminars and roundtable discussions on autism policy and services. Dr Hassline serves as Advisor and Deputy Chairman of the Autism Management Board, Sabah, and was appointed Advisor to Sabah’s first state government autism centre. She also provides clinical psychology consultation to leading hospitals and advises government agencies, universities, schools and community organisations. Her career demonstrates sustained national and international leadership and impact across autism, mental health, clinical psychology and legal psychology, with contributions spanning research, international publications, clinical services, policy development, professional capacity-building and community transformation.
