Professor Dr. Loumi Binti Surugau @ Surabau is a distinguished researcher at Fakulti Sains dan Teknologi, University Malaysia Sabah. Their research focuses on 1. Electrophoretic Separation of peptides, proteins and secondary metabolites from various samples. 2. Glucosinolates and their hydrolysis products in plants (focusing on local Malaysian edible plants such as papaya , watercress , and moringa) 3. Traditional paddy of Sabah - focusing on Tadong rice (pigmented rice) especially on its antioxidant properties. .
