Dr. Wong Ling Chai is a Senior Lecturer and Head of Programme for International Marketing at Universiti Malaysia Sabah. His academic expertise covers marketing, digital marketing, consumer behaviour, sustainable consumption, technology adoption, digital skills, and graduate employability. He has extensive teaching, supervision, curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic leadership experience across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His research contributes to sustainable marketing, green consumer behaviour, digital learning, tourism technology, and employability-oriented curriculum development. He has published in Scopus-indexed journals, secured research grants, served as an international journal reviewer, and contributed to community entrepreneurship initiatives in Sabah. His academic direction focuses on digital marketing, sustainable marketing, artificial intelligence in marketing, and impactful curriculum innovation.
