Dr. Ahmad Hazim Bin Abdul Aziz,s research interests lie in the development of sustainable and green extraction processes, particularly through supercritical carbon dioxide and subcritical water extraction techniques. His work focuses on the recovery of valuable bioactive compounds from natural sources, aiming to maximize their potential in food, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical applications. Additionally, he is interested in the valorization of agricultural by-products, exploring ways to transform waste into high-value products. Dr. Ahmad Hazim is also engaged in food engineering innovations, emphasizing environmentally friendly methods to enhance the functionality and health benefits of food products.
