Professor Madya Dr. Mohd Khalizan Bin Sabullah is a distinguished researcher at Fakulti Sains dan Teknologi, University Malaysia Sabah. Their research focuses on My research interests in biotechnology are diverse and impactful. I focus on the development of advanced biosensors for applications in healthcare and environmental monitoring, explore sustainable bioremediation strategies for pollution control, and work towards improving biofuel production processes for a greener energy future. Additionally, I delve into ecotoxicoproteomics to understand the effects of pollutants on living organisms, investigate phytochemistry for drug development and natural products, and analyze the biochemical properties of stingless bee honey for its potential health benefits. My research extends to food science, where I study food preservation, packaging, and poultry feed optimization, contributing to both food safety and sustainable agriculture. Overall, my work aims to address critical global challenges and promote a more sustainable and healthy world. In addition to my research endeavors, I am actively involved in local Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, aligning my expertise in biotechnology with community outreach efforts. These initiatives aim to apply scientific knowledge for the betterment of the local community, whether through educational programs, environmental conservation, or other impactful projects. My commitment to CSR reflects my dedication to making a positive difference at both the global and local levels, fostering a holistic approach to biotechnology, s role in advancing society. .
