Wong Sing Yun, PhD, is currently a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy in Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). She is also an appointed researcher for All-Party-Parlimentary Group Malaysia on Sustainable Development Goals (APPGM-SDG) in Sabah. She attended Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Planning and Development Economics. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a BSc degree in Mathematics with Economics from Universiti Malaysia Sabah. Her area of research interests include development planning & policy, education economics, health care economics, demographic economics, sustainable economic development & growth.
