Dr. Shaierah Gulabdin is a senior lecturer, actively engaged in research and teaching in business, HRM, technology adoption, and sustainable development, alongside contributing to community and faculty activities. One of her key achievements includes contributing to a project focused on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as one of the Impact Evaluators, aimed at driving sustainable, high-impact change. She is passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and creating lasting impact. Whether managing multidisciplinary teams, teaching, or driving sustainable improvements, she is committed to excellence and nurturing positive change.
